Are all your staff qualified and insured?

Yes, we take pride in having a team of certified massage therapists with years of experience. We cover each of our therapists in our insurance policy to ensure you receive the best possible care.

Is massage covered under Medicare?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently claim for our clinical massage therapy under Medicare.

Can I claim for my massage under my private health insurance?

Yes! If massage therapy is included in your private health insurance policy, then you can claim with us on the day of your appointment using our HIC PAS machine.

I am pregnant. Can I still have a massage?

Definitely, and we recommend it. We offer a PRESS pregnancy remedial massage which we suggest you should book in from your second trimester, through to your third trimester, for better comfort during the experience.

I have an injury. Can I still have a massage?

Yes, our deep tissue sports massage is designed to help manage and treat injuries. We recommend communicating with your massage therapist before your appointment, so they can handle your injury in the best way possible.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If an emergency arises, and you cannot attend your appointment, or you need to reschedule, you will need to notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. We require notification 24 hours in advance of your appointment for cancellations or reschedules.

What are your COVID safe measures?

Your safety is our top priority, so we have put in place a number of Covid-safe measures to ensure we maintain the best environment for our patients:

  • Fully vaccinated massage therapists
  • Well-ventilated individual treatment rooms
  • Mandatory masks for all staff, patients, and visitors to our clinic
  • Routine cleaning and infection control

Can I book a podiatry appointment before/after my massage?
